What you need to know about registering
your wedding. Thank you for choosing The Tuxedo Gallery as your formal wear source. Here are important things to note regarding the tuxedos for your wedding
party.
1. Fittings: Please have members of your party measured by The Tuxedo Gallery no later than 3 weeks prior
to your event. Be sure and inform your out of town members to go to a professional, trustworthy tux rental store near
them and request a courtesy fitting in a proper time frame. We prefer, due to growth spurts of young children that Ring
Bearer measurements are obtained 3 weeks prior to pick-up.
2. Registration: A $50 registration fee paid at the
time of booking will be credited to the grooms tuxedo. We ask for a $25 deposit with each members order. This is
a non-refundable deposit and will be applied to that persons tux rental total. The full balance is due on the pick-up
day of the garment with a valid ID.
3. Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and ATM Debit Cards. We do not accept personal checks, unless
the total amount is paid 14 days in advance of pickup.
4. Scheduling: Appointments to be
measured are not neccessary. We encourage all to come in at a time that is convenient for them. Members may want
to avoid Thursday afternoons as that is the pick-up time for the wedding parties for that week.

Pick-up Time: A)
Tuxedos
will be ready for pick-up Thursday at noon. Special pick-up arrangements may be made at the time of registration for Friday
or out of town weddings. We suggest that each person pick up and try on their own tuxedos. This way we are assured
that the tuxedos leaving our store fit properly. B)
We cannot be responsible for misfit tuxedos or customer measurements given to us over the telephone or fax, if not
tried on in our store before the event. If a member of the wedding party cannot pick up their own tuxedo, please have
them try them on as soon as possible. If something needs attention, contact us immediately by phone so that we may correct
it before the wedding.
6. Changes to the Registration:
Any
changes on registration, including names of participants, styles or colors, may only be completed by the Groom and/or the
Bride. These changes should be completed as soon as possible. There is no additional fee.
